However, if you detect any defects or issues in your delivered arrangement that were not specified at the time of purchase, we offer the following options to ensure your satisfaction:
Replacement with a Similar Arrangement
You may request a replacement with a Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of equivalent value, ensuring you receive the quality and design you originally expected.
Replacement with a Different Arrangement
You may choose a replacement arrangement of a different value. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly: if the replacement is more expensive, you will pay the difference; if it is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference. Prices are calculated based on the value at the time of replacement.
Proportional Price Reduction
If you prefer, you may request a proportional reduction in the purchase price of the defective arrangement. The price at the time of your claim will be used to determine the reduction.
Correction of Defects
You may request that defects be corrected free of charge, either by GLOMEXIST.com or by a qualified third party. We will reimburse reasonable costs incurred for correcting defects if you opt to handle the repair externally.
Return and Full Refund
You may refuse fulfillment of the purchase and request a full refund. In such cases, at our request and at our expense, the defective arrangement must be returned to GLOMEXIST.com. Refunds will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected.
Our liability for defects applies only if claims are made before the arrangement is placed at your disposal.
For replacement claims, GLOMEXIST.com will process and ship the replacement arrangement within two business days of receiving your request.
If a replacement is for an arrangement of equivalent value, no additional price adjustments will be required.
All claims for proportional price reduction, correction of defects, or return/refund must be submitted within ten (10) days of receiving the arrangement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for returns or replacements, including shipping details, to ensure timely resolution.
Each Handmade Faux Flower arrangement undergoes a meticulous quality check before shipment. However, should any defect or issue occur during shipping or handling, we are committed to resolving it promptly and professionally.
